Marvel Manufacturing Co., Inc. to become Amada Marvel, Inc.

The Amada Saw & Marvel Saw introduction happened at IMTS in September of 2018 in Chicago.

Oshkosh, WI, July 31, 2018 – Marvel Manufacturing Co., Inc. is pleased to announce that it has been purchased by Amada Holdings Co., Ltd. Now becoming Amada Marvel, Inc. Amada Holdings is a multi-billion dollar international company. Amada Holdings manufactures and markets industrial products worldwide.

Amada Marvel, Inc. will continue to manufacture and distribute in Oshkosh, WI. Amada Marvel has an uninterrupted history of building metal cutting equipment since 1904. As a result, Amada Holdings made this acquisition based on the strong Marvel brand recognition and industry strength.

Amada Marvel’s reputable horizontal and Ironworker “Spartan” Series line will maintain its branding efforts. Achieving to deliver the highest quality product in the industry.  As a result, both Amada Holdings and Amada Marvel will present new opportunities to better support their customer needs.
